Eagle Creek Careers

Since 1975, the team at Eagle Creek has logged more miles and cleared more customs than anyone in the business. And all that hard-won insight is built into everything we make, from duffels to luggage, to packing cubes, and more. Every item is thoughtfully crafted to stand the test of time, and then some. We still make gear backed by a No Matter What® Warranty, still obsess over sustainability, and still operate like a tight-knit crew of people who genuinely love what they're doing.

We're a small team, which means your work shows up everywhere. No bureaucracy. No layers of approvals for a decision. Just a group of people moving fast, caring deeply about the product and the planet, and having a good time doing it.

We believe travel can and should be a force for good and we are passionate about providing our customers with exceptional product and travel resources to help them adventure well.

Thank you for your interest in working for Eagle Creek. We do not have any openings at this time, please check again later.
